We partner with additional recruiting firms and will ask for your consent to send your resume to them for a job opportunity. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties while resumes are in their database. When Submitting a Profile Profiles are provided as a service of Executive Career Connections for the benefit of our clients and our candidates. These profiles are stored on our database. However, we cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, use your information for unethical practice. You may request to remove your profile from our database at any time. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties while resumes are in their database. When Posting a Job Job posting is provided as a service of Executive Career Connections for the benefit of our candidates. These jobs are posted on our sites. However, we cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to these services. You may request to remove your jobs from our website at any time. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties while resumes are in their database. When submitted for editorial purposes If you submit personally identifying information for editorial purposes, such as name, company or title, it may be used for editorial purposes, such as letters to the editor, calendar items, articles, etc. When Submitted to Conduct Transactions To process a transaction or to offer a service, such as purchasing a subscription, personally identifying information may be transferred to another party to complete or fulfill the transaction or to provide the service or product. Financial information, such as credit card information, may also be collected and forwarded to another party to fulfill the transaction and to bill the user for products and services. When job seekers or companies partner and a business relationship is created between Executive Career Connections and that job seeker, recruiter, or company. You may choose to "opt-out" of sharing Personal Information in several ways. You can choose whether or not to share optional Personal Information in connection with an email.
